Christmas 2010
This Christmas was SO much fun. Madelyn loved to talk about "HO HO" but when it came to actually meeting him face to face, she wanted no part of it. The season started out with decorating the Christmas tree which Madelyn helped Dustin put ornaments on the tree, which of coarse she later removed and threw them in a pile under the couch. We spent several nights walking to see "THE LIGHTS" in our neighborhood. Madelyn loved Christmas lights and Baylor sure seemed to enjoy them also. We went to Roper Mountain and Hollywild where Madelyn took her first pony ride! We spent a lot of time with family and friends. Madelyn entertained crowds with her rendition of Jingle Bells in which she places extra emphasis on the "HEY!!!" We had a relaxing Christmas day playing with the kids in our pajamas and watching the snow fall later that night. Could it be any more perfect?
Here We Go...
One of my new year's resolutions was to better document our children's lives. We take like a bagillion pictures, but never print them out or organize them. Also, I can't tell you the last time I documented in Madelyn's baby book and poor Baylor's is still in the package. BUT, this is going to change. I thought what better way to save memories than to blog...so here we go. I am a novice at this but at least I am giving it a try.
